Three Choices

In life, when you want a project done and you do not have infinite resources (which no human has), you must pick two items from the list of three to be a priority, meaning the third item must suffer loss (or be impacted/degraded).

These items are:

  • speed/performance/quickness-to-market
  • quality/accuracy/excellent
  • cost(cheap/expensive)/manpower/effort
  • .

If you want something quickly and accurately - it will cost you in manpower/money/effort.
If you want something accurate and cheap, you will not get speed/performance.
If you want it quickly and cheaply, you will loose accuracy/quality.
